Joan Wilson-Jones (JwJ Consulting) and Sue-Ellen Kusher (Present the Presenter), joined forces over 10 years ago, determined to develop a learning and development approach that would 'revolutionise learning and the world of work'. One decade later they enjoy with pride, the knowledge that they are doing just that.

The TGH Consortium offers a different (not alternative) approach to learning and development. Theirs is a highly energised approach that engages participants from the onset. Like all learning facilitators, the TGH team has welcomed 'non believers' into their programs only to see them transform into self directed learners almost spontaneously. The 'converted' exclaim that, whilst they expected their experience to be beneficial, what they were actually engaging in was 'beyond fantastic' . (footnote: most of our participants self nominate, in many cases people have been waiting lists that span 3 years. One of our programs they become very excited when they succeed, and are always amazed by how much better the experience is, compared to that which they had hoped for).
